Our trainee investment manager scheme is a mature, well-developed process. Candidates are selected for - amongst other things - their ability to relate to people, analytical skills, outlook and drive.
Each trainee will learn directly from one of the teams of investment managers and will qualify when fully trained and having taken a succession of industry recognised examinations.
As we grow, we will continue to develop high calibre trainees to add to the experience that we already have.
